Top 4 Cosmetic Products that are Using Animal Testing

You may think that most large cosmetics businesses were on stand with solutions to animal cruelty, yet there are still several that pay to poison and kill animals. It's not always simple to figure out which brands don't use animals in their testing. For example, L'OrĂ©al, which does not test on animals in the United States, pays for lethal testing in China, where cosmetics must undergo outdated and painful animal testing.  However, here four cosmetic companies that are using animal testing in their products: #1. 3 Reasons Why Animal Testing Should End

https://www.peta.org/blog/top-five-reasons-stop-animal-testing/ For vivisectors, poisoning, stunning, burning, and killing animals is all in a day's work. Here are some reasons why animal testing needs to stop: It's immoral. It's wrong to confine 100 million thinking, feeling creatures to a laboratory cage and purposefully inflict pain, isolation, and terror on them. It's erroneous science. According to the National Institutes of Health, 95 out of 100 medications that pass animal testing fail in humans. It's a waste of time. Because the outcomes of animal experiments mislead researchers and waste valuable mone...

What is Animal Testing?

Source of image: https://www.hsi.org/issues/animal-testing/ According to Humane Society International of 2012, the term “animal testing” refers to procedures performed on living animals for purposes of research into basic biology and diseases, assessing the effectiveness of new medicinal products, and testing the human health and/or environmental safety of consumer and industry products such as cosmetics, household cleaners, food additives, pharmaceuticals and industrial/agro-chemicals.  However, multiple studies discovered that animal testing cause harmful effects to animals. Due to the toxic chemicals used during the experiment, it caused severe illnesses, wounds, and bruises that may lead to death. Thus, all procedures used, even the mild ones, have potential in causing the animals to suffer from pain and psychological distress.
